About the Owner

Owner Pamela Kresge is passionate about printing, shipping, obstacle course races, cycling and the Pittsburgh Steelers. PrintPlus was a dream Pam and brought to reality in 1996.

A New Jersey native (Garwood, in Union County), Pam studied biochemistry and languages at Northeastern University. After working as a lab technician for a pharmaceutical company, she changed direction and went into hotel and restaurant management.

With the advent of digital printing in the early 1990s, Pam saw an opportunity to build a printing business that served clients with smaller jobs that weren’t cost-effective to run on traditional offset presses, and PrintPlus was born.

Over the years, PrintPlus has established a reputation for outstanding quality, value and service. Pam describes herself as a “complete hands-on owner” who uses her unique skills and knowledge to make sure every job satisfies client needs – with delivery on time and at budget.

How PrintPlus works with you

For the convenience of our customers, PrintPlus works with both PC and Mac platforms. You may email us your work,  or just bring it into our shop on a USB/flash drive.

With the variety of software applications, versions and platforms on the market today, a .pdf file is always preferred, but we also accept some native files:

• Microsoft Office (Word or Mac)
• PowerPoint
• Publisher
• QuarkXpress 2016 (Mac)
• Photoshop CS6 and 2024
• InDesign CS6 and 2024
• Illustrator CS6 and 2024

We send customers .pdf proofs – usually via email – and once you have approved them, we will move to production.
